Mission
Our mission is to provide high-quality Continuing Pharmacy Education programs that support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in maintaining and enhancing their professional competencies. We are committed to offering relevant and impactful educational activities that address critical areas such as ensuring optimal medication therapy outcomes, improving patient safety, managing practice settings, and fulfilling educational requirements for relicensure, recertification, and certification.
Program Goals
- Deliver knowledge-based, application-based, and certificate level education programs to pharmacists and technicians through various delivery methods, including home study and live presentations.
- Expand the knowledge of care team members through the delivery of evidence-based education programs which are directly applicable to patient care.
- Expand the number of CE speakers to include pharmacists and pharmacy technicians from across the MUSC system.
