  • Define the mechanisms and optimal agents utilized in treatment of MRSA bacteremia 
  • Determine appropriate treatment and duration for combination therapy and/or monotherapy for persistent MRSA bacteremia 
  • Evaluate current literature on IV to PO antibiotics for MRSA bacteremia to help determine appropriateness of transition
